How does a person with IBS take 1500 Mg. of calcium every day? srm51127@aol.com

So, take 500 mg with each meal. And make sure you get vitamin D along with the calcum.

It's best to take with food...not so hard on the tummy.

If you are constipated, you better add in some magnesium to help offset the constipating effect of calcium.
