Hello Everyone! I received my first shipment of peppermint and fennel teas over the weekend. I was hoping it would explain how to brew them, but it didn't. Could someone please help me out and tell me how you do this in the best way to keep all of the good stuff in the tea? Thank you in advance!!!

Do you have a tea ball? I think that's what they're called anyway. It's kinda shaped like an egg with holes in it. Put some of your tea in that, then steep it like you would regular tea bags. You have to kind of guess how much you want to use at first. You will get the hang of it after a couple of times to adjust the amount to your own taste for stonger/weaker.

Hi - Any kitchen shop, the cooking section of a department store, a Target or Walmart, and even many grocery stores will carry metal tea balls or strainers. All you need is an infuser of any kind that's used to brew loose tea leaves - that will work just fine for the peppermint and fennel.

If you want, you can buy a tea press like Shell & Steph did. web page That way you could make a pot at a time instead of a cup at a time.
