hi all- i am planning a big outdoor trip this summer and am concerned about dealing w/ my IBS and also enjoying myself. even before i developed IBS i always got a little C on trips, but now that i have IBS i'm afraid that I will be C for days and days and it will ruin my whole trip. does anyone have any advice?

Hi Sidewalker, You might get C travelling to whereever you'
re going. You won't necessarily get C while you're there,
unless you completely deviate from your diet. Bring some
Miralax or your favorite osmotic laxative with you just
in case. Are you going on a camping out, living off the
land type deal? I've done that lots! Depending on where
you're going I can probably give you some tips on what
to eat and how to prepare it. -Bob
