i have bought celevac tablets which is the british version of citrucel i think-the box says to take themwith a small amount of water but other people have said to drink a glass of water, i suffer with loose bowels so which info is correct please?

Hi and welcome to the board!

I am not familiar with celevac, but if it is a soluble fiber supplement like Citrucel, you need to be drinking a glass of water with it, as well as plenty of water throughout the day. Soluble fiber needs lots of water to work - regardless if it's for diarrhea or constipation.
