For special occasions, they'll sometimes serve the wine, like at Christmas and Easter , but that's usually it,and it is always wine, not grape juice . And we have communion at almost every service. We are offered either wine or grape juice. I was raised Roman Catholic and I used to just take the host and skip the wine. If I were you I would stick with the grape juice since you are unstable. Just ask Jesus to bless it to your body before you take it. They all served juice though -- not wine -- and I have always been fine with that small amount.
