I don't drink apple juice anymore because it seems to be a trigger for me, and I see that in Eating for IBS Heather also mentions that fruit juices are bad. I have a bread recipe that calls for apple juice, though, and I'm wondering if it's okay? I could always sub water or soy milk, but I'm thinking that maybe as long as it's in with all that soluber fiber it wouldn't be a problem. Any suggestions?

It should be okay. You probably won't be using a whole lot of it in the recipe, so it would probably be safe.

Thanks Mags! I think I'll be adventurous and try it.

LOL - Good luck! If you survive, you'll have to give us the recipe!
