IBS/Diverticulosis/Small Intestine Erosion

Hi - I have just recently been diagnosed with IBS and diverticulosis and an erosion on my small intestine. Not sure how I can eat with the IBS and Div. What is an erosion on the small intestine? Waiting on some other test results. Thanks for any help anyone might have.

I'm sorry that you have been diagnosed with IBS and diverticulosis. I also have these conditions. I believe that "erosion" is another word for ulcer or other type of irritation. You may want to ask your doctor what he/she means by this. I have recently started following the guidelines on this site and it seems to be helping a bit. I hope you get some relief soon.

Thanks for your reply. I am feeling dizzy today, and called the doctor, and was surprised to find out that after two days they have the results of my biopsy. Is that good? or bad when it comes back so soon? I have been eating good too - does make a difference!!
