I was refering to Heather's information about "what to eat when you can't eat anything". It lists white bread, white bagels. english muffins,cream of rice, baked potatoes, fat free crackers, angel food cake etc. I guess I just thought of it as a white diet. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Anyway I have been sticking to this, added the FiberCon and the teas and I think I am feeling better. I have sent for two of Heather's books but am sticking to what seems to be working right now. I just wanted to share this with a newcomer as I am. Thanks for getting a clearer explanation.
