I've been sick most of the day.
I had some oatmeal for breakfast and about three hours later till now I have had cramps in the lower part of the stomach and spent a lot of time in the bathroom with D.
Do you think it was the oatmeal?
I only had a bit of chicken breast and some potatoes for my other meals.

Well, it's kinda hard to say with that amount of information, to be honest.

How did you make the oatmeal? (For example, if you made it with milk, sure, it's going to give you trouble, because dairy is a trigger.) What, if anything, did you add to it?

Was it flavored instant (many contain dairy) or was it plain old fashioned oats?

Does oatmeal usually bother you? (Some of us can tolerate it very very well and some of us can't tolerate it at all.)

Also, keep in mind that something you ate the day before can cause an attack the next day. Before I was stable, I had food turn on me within 20 minutes and other stuff that's taken 20 HOURS to hurt me.

Hope you feel better soon!

plain old fashioned oats, no milk just sugar.
Trying to find out what causes these spells is one of the hardest things I've had to do.
This is why I've been eating very few foods, I'm trying to find the ones to stay away from.
I've stopped eating cereal, but you can't eat a lot of eggs.
So what else is out there?
