Acacia and the peppermint caps.
1 tablespoon Acacia in the morning with my applesause and 1 tablespoon in the evening in my rice milk hot chocolate.
1 peppermint cap in the morning with my thyroid med, and as needed.

I order bags and bags of acacia at a time. I'm also sure to have her loose peppermint tea and teabags available at all times. My first order, of course, were the books - and I reread them a lot!

My favorite are the peppermint caps, they are a huge pain saver for me. Also, love the heat wraps and peppermint tea.

I appreciate your responses. I'm just surprised more people don't order her products. Of course they could and just didn't post!

I USED to order her products. Of course I have her books, and I used to get her acacia. I tried the peppermint caps, the fennel and the peppermint teas. I also ordered the hot packs. I ordered it all! And you know I got the CDs and went through the hypnosis program.
Now I use nothing. But I'm still here to help others. Is that what you were wondering?

I'm not trying to make anyone feel guilty for not ordering her products! No way. Just wondering who is able to not use them and be okay...and which products are the most popular...besides her books which are the first thing you should read.
And thanks for being her to help people. You just did by letting me know you no longer have to use the products!

My stability came more from identifying my triggers and general peace. Yahoo!

I don't mind the taste of Fennel, I can brew it for 10 min. & it dosen't seem that strong of a flavor to me. I didn't think I'd be able to hadle the flavor cuz so many people said it was too much for them.
I take Citricel capsels.

I've purchased the books, fennel (bulk & bags), peppermint bulk, acacia, peppermint caps (these upset my Gerd). Also the Hypno tapes, and Heather's DVD.
I order some things for a 3 mo. supply (fennel, peppermint, acacia). I Love the freshness and high quality of her supplies.
