I started the Acacia about three weeks ago, and I'm up to 4 tsp twice a day. However, I see absolutely no change in the consistency of my stool. I still have my 3 or 4 cow patties (sorry, i know thats gross) in the morning. I've noticed that quite a few D people take benefiber. What kind do you guys take? (pills, powder, tablets) Or do I need to give the Acacia a little longer?

It took me about 3 MONTHS to get up to 8 tsp. I can't believe you're not miserable.

Well, Acacia works wonders for me, but it took getting up to a pretty significant dose for it to really help and I did that over a long period of time, so I was also getting benefits from being on the EFI Diet long-term. I have no idea what the effect would be of getting up to that dose so incredibly fast. I'd say give it a while longer and make sure you're getting lots and lots of fluid.

Wow.
