Not here! Most of us are over 10 g/day, and IBS-C folks go closer to 20 g/day. 2 g won't do a heck of a lot....

OK - well I didn't know that was what people were doing but I was talking one does. I take one dose in the morning and one at dinner. If I took 10 doses, I am not sure I would ever be hungry.

If you're doing well on just 2 grams (I assume one of your doses is 1 gram), that's great, but if you're still having symptoms, I'd try increasing it. As AstroChick said, 2 grams won't do much for you. If your SFS is making you full, I assume you're taking something like Metamucil with a fair amount of bulk. There are others, like Benefiber and Acacia, that provide SF without a lot of bulk. However, as I said, if you're doing fine as is, then don't mess with success.
