im fine today--in my burrito there was brown rice and small pinto beans. some assorted flavors [garlic powder, etc] and a few veggies [green beans?] all of which was organic. i agree w/you i like burritos!! i only ate a whole avocado b/c i was in the city taking a few trains all day and did chores before that and hadnt really gotten to eat that much during the day. i held out for the train ride b/c my mom was gonna take me shopping when she picked me up. since my tummy was empty i filled it up!! hehe--i like avocados, but i never really eat them. your snack sounds yummy--i used to make carrot burritos w/ranch dressing on the tortilla.

I just made one using a corn tortilla, steamed and mashed crinkle cut carrots and a bit of salt. Yum! Thank you for the idea!

Lol! Bunny burritos! I used to eat those in high school all the time. They are great, especially with a tiny bit of avocado. Sort of a South American interpretation of sushi?

They're not bad very very lightly spread with tahini, as well.

NOW there are a few fresh meal/snack ideas for you Maria! I know you're kind of "bored" with your diet lately.

Kate, IBS-D.

Bunny burritos! Yes, I wish I had an avocado today, but I didn't feel like going out. Hm...tahini? I'll have to try that! Thanks!

Yes 10 Grams of fiber is huge.

Most people take about 2g when they are taking their fiber supplement.

Do you mean per dose? Because I take (well, took, before I got careless and had to drop back down and work my way back up again) 8 teaspoons of acacia per day, which is 20 grams of SF from SFS.
