Take a look at the sticky posts at the beginning of this board. There's a quick food list, and a prepared foods list (by Cailin). I would also highly recommend you go see the gals on the recipe exchanage board. They're all super cooks and I'm sure they'll be happy to help you get started.

I assume you mean you don't cook proper meals from fresh ingredients, right? You don't eat out for every meal I guess!
Pasta, rice, breads etc are all easy. And just triple check labels and you can get alot of pre-prepared stuff. And for the easiest scrummiest introduction to IBS safe cooking, try making the Anti-Depressant brownies. They are so simple!

Maybe these two threads will give you some ideas:
Thread 1 Thread 2
My favorite "I don't cook" meal is pasta with Ragu's 7-Herb and Tomato sauce. Add a small salad if you can tolerate that much IF, otherwise a green vegetable - say, Italian green beans for more IF, zucchini for more SF.
If you truly just don't cook, 'nuff said. If you sort of cook or cook sometimes or would like to cook, I second the suggestion to visit the Recipe Board. At my house we had burgers and fries for dinner the other night.
HTH.
