I know a few of you take this, do you know if it is dairy based? I picked up the box of eps, and a refrigerated jarro fos I think it was at the same time at store. I read the bottle of fos to check if it was dairy free and then went and bought the eps without reading it! I don't even know if dairy based probiotic would truly bother me, but I recently tried a different one (lactobacillus reutreri) and had gas and d for the week I used it.

This one is perfectly safe, Dan. No lactose, no dairy of any kind. I, personally would be watchful of the FOS one. Lots of people have a problem with FOS causing gas and bloat. See this old post. FOS
