Week One and getting better!

I've been watching my diet very carefully and so far, things are really improving. I do think quitting the coffee, dairy, and red meat is making life so much better. I actually woke up this morning without any stomach cramps. I can't remember when the last time I woke up without cramps. The only thing I am missing here is protein since I've also not had any white meat. I've had some salmon and sardines on occasion but very spareingly. I've had some cashew butter and some beans but I'm not sure how much protein I am really getting.

Just thought I'd report the good news!
