ok after having spasams for 7 days now I got D does that makes sense and lots of pain. Don't know what to do anymore I go to mall and then in store and then get sick and have to run out and hope I make it . And the pain well been using heat on tummy but not sure it that is good or not.

Makes perfect sense to me! I'm an A, but even C's sometimes get D after a long C streak.

Following the diet and getting a good SFS are crucial for us A's. And lots of peppermint tea right now (unless you have GERDs in which case stick to chamomile) to calm all the spasms down. And heat pads are DEFINITELY the thing to use.

Probiotics also help out a lot.

Probiotics don't help everyone...like me! I gave them a good try (a few months on a good brand with high numbers, different strains, etc) and they did NOTHING. So I stopped wasting my money. I guess my bacteria are pretty happy as it is. Now I would only take probiotics if I had to take antibiotics.

They're on the list of things that are worth trying (eg. enzymes as well) but that don't help everyone.
