I was on zelnorm for quite some time and now the dr changed my pills and now I am C so bad . I not sure why? She took me off zelnorm because I had D and now I am C

D can mean a very dangerous side effect of Zelnorm, so it's good you are off of it. Are you taking good SFS? Plenty of water and excercise? What else are you doing for your C? I'm a bad C too, but the fiber/water/moving around along with plenty of IF keeps me stable.

You could still safely take an osmotic laxative like Miralax for your C...ask your doc for one.

Since I am eliminated off alot of foods I used dairy which now brings me back why did I go back to it since I was told not to have dairy .I guess love it to much lol.any other milk besides soya I can't tolerate that but any other milk? As far as excercise I biked 4.97 miles today and want to try to get in 8 glasses of water.

I was on Zelnorm for 2 weeks, & then my doc put me on pills too. The first week I took the zelnorm everyday & the second I cut back to every other day. What are the new pills for? How long have you been off the zelnorm? Are you on a soluble fiber supplement? You need to drink to. Like over 8 gladsses a day, which you will want to work up to.
Zelnorm is vey harsh & it may take your system some time to adjust to the new pills. It takes us Cer's longer to stabalize also. Hope this helps
