hi guys--ive still been having alot of trouble with my foods. though im careful not to eat the "sure triggers" i dont stick too much to a certain diet that is suitable for IBS. im still vegan/organic but ive been eating more snacky foods and sweets=( i was thinking [for the new year] of making a list of foods: all of the veggies, fruits, breads, soups..etc-------> that i can think of and slowly try each one. so for each shopping trip i would be buying and trying a new food to see what i really can and cant have. i was thinking id have a better idea afterwards but the process seems so long! perhaps thats why i have not started sooner??? i was wondering if anyone has tried anything similar AAAAAND did it work well?? thanks guys!

Start slow...make sure you plan for a few meals and then buy accordingly. I have a tendency to get on a "kick" and go buy months worth of stuff...like soy chips and then burn out on them.

Hi Ashley, When I was in the hospital I more or less did that. I figured what better place to be when trying, if I got real sick on something, no problem. I found cheese and chocolate were big triggers for me. Missed you at the get-together , AC and I had a pretty good time. We're thinking about another one in March, probably the first week. -Bob
