does anyone know where I might find a GF,DF,IBS safe food list?

If you do a search you should come up with a list of trigger foods and soluble/insoulube fiber list which are good foods. There is a list of a million things on this website the Heather has created. Just take a look around and you will find things. The major no's are dairy, red meat and caffeine. This website is a excellent resource, I even learned more information that my doctor told me or the literature he handed me.

I did a search and looked at Heathers list but most of the safe foods on the IBS list are not GF.
My GI dr just says IBS,take pills
