OK, I started out as a D. But, I can't remember the last time I've had it. (I remember having a stomach bug last Janaury and having D then.) I sometimes have a little trouble going, but not enough to qualify me as a C. Mostly if I don't feel well, I have the creepy crawly feeling in my belly and pain, and I use the heating pad.

Am I an A now? Or am I still a D, just a stable D?

Not that this is that important or anything, but when someone asks me, I feel funny saying I'm a D now, because I never have it.

I get C, but never as bad as some of the people on here. But I'm still an A.

Hey Missy Mags,

Have you not been getting your fruit? Don gets plugged up because he hates fruit, he just won't eat it. I have to find recipes that have fruit in them in order to get any of the stuff down him. But the minute he eats a pear or an apple, BINGO!

My fave are blueberries. They work every single time. Don isn't crazy about 'em, so I throw them in my muffin batter. He loves my muffins. And they work perfectly, oh YEAH!

Give 'em a try. Go for the frozen WILD blueberries; they have much more flavor. I guarantee you'll return to "D" after your first muffin! Hmmmm.... would that be a good thing?

That's what I thought too. I feel like I mostly just hover here, being careful not to swing too far in one direction. OK, so I think I'll call myself an A now. Isn't that better on your report card than a D anyway?

Hey Bevvy!

I'm not plugged...sometimes I just get off schedule and it throws me off. For example, I've been going in 1 1/2 hrs early to work every day this week, so I go, but not nearly as well as when I'm on my regular schedule. Sometimes I don't go till afternoon or night, when I normally go in the am, so I feel "stuffed" all day. Or sometimes I even skip a day. So, not severe, but definitely swinging toward C more than D, although typically stable. Uh, this is getting confusing!

Anyway, yeah, I eat fruit. I make Heather's blueberry oatmeal or eat cheerios with dried cranberries almosts every morning for breakfast. On weekdays anyway. Then I also eat Barbara's bakery cereal bars with the fruit in the middle, peach or berry applesauce, soy yogurt, quick breads.....I think you get the point.

Nah, I don't think I want to return to D. But, thanks for the offer! LOL

Man, I don't go for 8 or 9 days, but I'm still a D. It's different for everyone. Some people have to go every single day or else they don't feel normal ("normal" meaning "feeling well").

I'm just a D who happens to get "stable" for a week at a time, every few weeks. Otherwise I can have nonstop D for weeks. It feels so good when I'm not going constantly!
