When I took too much imodium and it made me really C, I took a fiberchoice that night and BAM!!! Had to go immediately as soon as I opened my eyes the next morning. Then, I couldn't get it to stop, of course.......had about 8 BM that morning, I think!! I will keep it on hand in case I get another 'bout of C from too much imodium....

I think based on Heathers book since the Acacia did not work and to be fair I think I increased to fast on it but anyway the Citrucel does not work I will try the Benefiber.In Heathers book she says only the Acacia and the Benefiber powder are pure fiber. So anyone using the Benefiber please let me know how it is going. Thanks!

I use FibreSmart from Renew Life and it works fine for me. You can get it in both powder or capsule form.
