i went to starbuck yesterday, mike and i met a friend at a local bar and grill to watch the giants and (seattle) game yesterday, at halftime we went for a walk, because our butts were hurting from the seats (t.m.i? doesn't matter..it was hurting!!) so we walked by starbuck and i said "oh i want starbucks sooooo bad!" and mike said "try it, get decaf, with soy and just drink it slow" so i got a decaf toffee nut latte..soy of course...drank it slowly...and i made it!! my tummy was fine with it...i know not everyone is ok with it...
but i think a HUGEEEE problem for me has been High Fructose Corn Syrup...because when i look back on when i would get sick...i always had soda too...or katchup with the HFCS...the night mike made me dinner, like almost a year ago, and i got sick...we coulnd't figure out what would had done it...the chicken was white, i had a baked potato and green beans...and 2 rootbeers!! and now i think that had been a HUGE problem! so slowly i'm learning my body...and excited when i can add things i thought i couldn't have...
and learning things i still can't have (like onions mess me up big time! grilled...any way it's done it gives me bad gass!!)

I know sometimes the carbonation from sodas really bother me too. Glad to hear you're finally realizing what affects you and what doesn't! I remember how thrilled I was to figure it out too.

Yeah isn't it great when you stabilise and can work out what you can cheat on sometimes w/out feeling it! I too can have the occasional decaf soy milk coffee with no noticeale effect. But if I try having that a few times a week I get all unstable again.
