Hello everyone. My mother has just been diagnosed with IBS after several years of misery. Anyway what is a safe alternative for her in regards to sugar? I know honey in some things works but in others it just isn't an alternative. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Connie  [color:blue] [/color]

at least from what I've found because its a natural sweetener and not artificial and hard to digest.
