I only did 20 minutes on the "lifecycle" but it is better then nothing!! I don't hurt so, that is a good thing...cuz I'm SO out of shape. I have a good 150 + pounds to lose, sixty of which I gained in the last 16 months.
Wish me luck..... I hope I can stay motivated.

Congrats to you!! the gym is my haven ... it's always good to hear when someone has jumped back into it with both feet. i'm sure you'll feel MUCH better for it on a daily basis. keeping motivation can be tough but once you get going on a weekly schedule...3x...4x whatever...your body will crave that great feeling you get from getting your blood pumping
