I purchased Veganaise at a health food store for my tuna. It is delicious, but I just found out that casein is not good for IBS. I have noticed no problems, but want to avoid as many as possible...It is okay to use and if not, can someone suggest an alternative? Thank you so much for your help.....Karen

if it doesn't bother you, then it's fine. of course, the only way to know it isn't bothering you is if you introduce it once you're stable. but if you're fine before and stay fine after, it should be okay.

Casein does not effect everyone with IBS, if you are doing fine then keep using it.
