Someone recommended Nutrilite Intesti Flora to me to help with my IBS. Anyone heard of this? Is it safe? This person gave me a box of thirty packets but I am scared to try it until I get some feedback from other people who have tried it.

There are cheaper ones out there that are just as good. Your local health food store should have a nice selection.

Jarrowdophilus EPS is a good, stable probiotic recommended to me by Bevrs on this board. I've been on it over a year and it is tremendous! I also have seen improvements in my husband's health as he has started it too. It is $12 for 60 capsules. There are other, good quality brands that are much less expensive.
