HELP!! My IBS is out of control!!! :(

hey guys! hope everyone is doing well...i need some help...i don't know what to do...my IBS has gone crazy!!! it does this every so often and usually when i'm completely stressed out...and i take my medicine for "abdominal spasms" but it doesn't completely help...i've been bloated and in some pain for over a week now...do any of you have any suggestions on what i can do or have similar problems??

Are you following the diet and are you on a SFS?
My advice would be to eat very carefully and to drink plenty of fennel and peppermint tea. Also, exercis gently and use heat pads.

Yeah I'm pretty good about what I eat...and I exercise for about an hour and half each day...What is SFS? I have the Eating for IBS book so I follow some of those recipes, but I am a vegetarian so I can't always add the meat part...I was thinking of ordering the Acacia fiber supplement, but what's the difference between the can and the pouch? Nothing right? Just ones in a can and one is in a pouch? Thank you for responding

Hang on...do you follow Heather's diet or not? It's the diet guidelines that are important, not using the recipes in EFI!

And yup, the Acacia is all the same, it just comes in either a can or a pouch. I ordered one can and now just get pouches to refill the can with.
