Peppermint Capsules vs Peppermint Tea

Curious, I am taking 3 of the "tummy tamer" peppermint capsules per day. Is it safe to be drinking peppermint tea along with this regiment - side effects?

I think there is no problem at all in taking both. You are not taking too many pep caps to worry about it.

the caps are stronger but they don't take effect until they pass all the way through to your intestines, which can take an hour or so. The tea works immediately, and it's really soothing right away.
