crazy cramps, and d...has anyone else had this??

i went to the doc today, i thought i had the tummy flu....but i guess that's not so much the case, i had 3 for the last 3 days now.....and cramping like no other...and it's like all in my tummy and lower back, and sides....everywhere, it makes me not able to move. heating pad doens't help....it wakes me up at night....just using my stomach muscles causes alot of pain. i cna't stand up right....can't walk right....it's just misery. i went to the doc who sent me to the g.i. (not the one i usually go to...a different one) they did some tests for my kidneys, it all came out normal, so the doc said it's probalby just ibs doing it, or i might have something else along with it they want to do more testing....i'm just worried they brush it all off....then when they find out it'll be too late...i'm in alot of pain....and it feels better when i lean over sometimes...but laying down makes it worse....is this normal??????

Could be trapped gas. That's horribly painful.
Sounds like your docs are doing okay if they're gonna test you.
