ever notice that the surest way to have an attack in the after noon is to think in the morning, 'gosh, i'm feeling good, and i have been for a while.'
3 days of safe food and *1* spoonful of cupcake frosting sends me off. i never used to be this sensitive! god.
i have to go again but my boss is in the bathroom... ugh. and i'm seeing a show tonight.
took my donnatol, have fennel tea almost ready. but this is no fun. i really thought i was doing okay.

You'll get there! It gets easier as time goes past...and as you stabilise you get less overly sensitive.
Hang in there!

i think this is my phase of realizing that i have an actual condition, as opposed to stress and a sensitive stomach.

Yup, we all have to go through that. IBS sucks, but it is very real and until you deal with having it, it's hard to get on with your life (and get stable).

yeah. i've been following the diet, and doing all the stuff that goes along with it. but just not following the diet closely enough.
