Soy Milk -which brand??

Which brands are safe?? And possibly available in Canada.

Hi Lucrece, I think they're all safe. I drink the Silk brand, because it's the only one available here. It's probably available in Ontario as Sault St. Marie is only 250 miles from where I live. -Bob

As far as I know, all soy milk brands are safe. The only thing I can think of that would *possibly* be an unsafe additive is HFCS in some of the flavored varieties... but I've used a lot of different brands of soy milk here in the states and never found a single one that had anything unsafe in it.
I know, I'm not in Canada... but I use Silk, and I'm pretty sure you can get that up there. (I have a friend in London, ON, and I *believe* she uses it.) That's about the tastiest one I've found.

Provamel for instance contains maltodextrin. It is a european brand, but I am guessing that some american/canadian brands might use this or other ingredients such as soy protein isolate or something which contains msg.
