I am new to the Board. I have found Heather's diet advice on soluble and insoluble fiber a real life saver. Does anyone know if this new Sara Lee Whole Grain White bread is soluble or insoluble? I can usually eat limited amounts of white bread, but mostly have to stick to tapioca bread which I really don't like much. Thanks

If you can't eat fresh white bread (i.e. no additives) w/out issues you might want to consider gluten-sensitivity (assuming you've been checked for celiac).

Not sure on the Sara Lee bread...but it will have more IF than regular white.
