Any ideas that don't include fennel or peppermint tea for bloating??

HI everyone- I've been reading the recent posts called 'How far does it stick out' and can relate. I have lost almost 25 pounds but every morning after breakfast my stomach begins to bloat and stays that way all day. I'm always pleased with how I look when I first wake up in the morning and it goes downihill from there. I can't do fennel or peppermint tea because it makes my stomach hurt. Any other suggestions?? I use phazyme ultra strength for gas, and it does seem to relieve a little bit of the bloating. i also drink hot water with a couple of lemon wedges, that is also a natrual diuretic.
hope you feel well soon! i woke up this morning with the belly bulge. it didn't even give me a chance to enjoy the day. grrrrr!!!!!!

I have severe bloating. I have read in a magazine that Bifidus in health food stores can really reduce bloating, and gas. I don't know if it's safe though. My stomach used to be small and now it's huge! I used to have a 26 inch waist!! I have a 34 inch waist now and during the day it gets as big as 37 inches! I can't even find any clothes to wear! It's so horrible. I used to weigh 110lbs. but now I'm 115lbs!! Congrads on losing weight I wish I could! Carbs put on weight for me! I need to melt off 5 lbs.
