I have seen them in the health food/ vitamin section of Walmart. I have also seen them in the health food section of Loblaws or Canadian Superstore.

I didn't like the 2 I tried and we don't have the flavour selection that the US does. To me they tasted chalky or stale. Sorry for the non-recommendation, but try them it could just be me or the ones I bought!

Hi Melissa...I too live in Ontario...Ottawa as a matter of fact!
I found them at Wal-Mart, in the pharmacy section.
They are $1.98 and totally worth it!
I like the Nutz Over Chocolate one best!!

I have been searching for luna bars in Wally world. I didn't think of the pharmacy area. Are they labeled "Luna Bars" or is there another name on the package also? I keep thinking maybe I am just not looking for the right packaging.

I found them in the aisle with all the other protein bars. I believe the Ensure drinks where there also. I found three flavours. They are clearly marked LUNA bars.
I hope that helps!

You can go to the Luna bars website and email the Eastern Canada rep to find out everywhere they are sold in your area. That's what I did, and she emailed me back in a day!

Personally, I do have problems with Luna bars - they are a bit high in fat (I am veeeeery sensitive to fats) and I can't really handle them unless I'm pretty stable. Many others don't seem to have any problems with them though.

I really like the "peppermint stick" flavor the best. I am IBS-D and I do fine with half of a bar at a time. Come to think of it I do better with 1/2 of anything at a time - Like 1/2 a sandwich and then the other half an hour or two later.
Good Luck,
Leigh

Which tend to bloat and cause gas. I don't know how many of you can snack on them. I'm so jealous.

The inulin, especially would kill me.

They give me gas as well -- the new ones are lower in fat - but they still have oats -- which are a problem for me.
