But at least they understood about what I had and what I go through ...pretty embarassing at times specialy if you are not at home.Today I am better but still have some mild pain . I agree, it's the worst having problems when you're not at home, and it can be very embarassing to have to run time and time again in front of your friends. I'm glad they understood, though! Sometimes I think it takes seeing what we have to go through to help our friends truly understand what a pain IBS really is.
