HAHAHA .. even after asking what "grating" meant ... I ended up making my boyfriend do it b/c I didn't want to mess it up. Its funny b/c I'm not that up on the "cooking" lingo, and I ALWAYS think that once I'm finished cooking a meal, its going to either be completely ruined, or completely disgusting. And it always turns out awesome!! Of course, all of the praise goes to the actual recipe .. but its nice to see that I can at least put it all together! And now .. I'm totally hooked on cooking!

Anyway, thanks for my lesson on grating zucchini!!!

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

Like I said, I'm 40 and I still call my mom to ask about things occasionally, even though she knows I can cook circles around her. She loves it! And I can totally understand about the zukes, I'm not a fan of it either, but love it in bread. Think of it this way, at least you're getting a veggie in your system.
