Hello! Hope everyone had a great weekend!
Ever since being diagnosed with IBS, ive been really curious about different things that affect your body. I do not smoke, but i am curious if smoking affects IBS? I noticed it today when i was breathing in second hand smoke and wondered if i could get an attack! Any smokers out there want to share there opinion on it!?
Thanks!
Melissa

Secondhand smoke DEFINITELY affects my IBS. I can't be anywhere where there's quite a lot of smoke... I can usually handle one person lighting up, but more than that, like parties or bars, and forget about it. It starts with nausea and just gets worse from there.
