I was reading posts from a while back and was wondering what the update is. My GI put me on it this week. So far, so good. Lot's of gas, but it doesn't stay with me long. (My poor room mate) I've been eating like a pig this week. If I AM GF I am going to enjoy myself before I am put on the diet.

I spoke too soon. I took my miralax with orange kool ade and a while after that my stomach really started hurting. I took my Nu-Lev and things have quieted down some. Last time I brag about feeling good!

I was taking it, and it seemed to work really well for about a month or so, then it just stopped working. Consumer Reports recently did a report on probiotics, I keep meaning to pull up their recommendations & try a new one. I was doing really well for almost a month, then my stomach just revolted again. Of course, my stress level is higher than usual again too. Ugh!
