Hi Linz, you have been so helpful with my questions and I wanted to ask you a few more. When you were initially stabilizing were you using both immodium and acacia at the same time?

Well I was on another SFS at first and then changed to Acacia which was much better.

I was only on one every morning and then one more for attacks (and then every 4 hours if it continued). But then I'm actually A despite having had severe D back then for months.

so how did you know to go when to go off the immodium and just use acacia? how long did it take you to stabilize?

After about 6 months of strictly following the diet, whilst taking SFS and Immodium, I got to the stage where I wasn't having significant daily symptoms anymore, so I cut down on my meds and did fine with just diet and Acacia.
