last night I started feeling really nauseous and then it just went away when I went to bed.. then I took soluble fiber in the morning and peppermint, ate some toast and soy yogurt and now i feel horrible .. my stomach just hurts and I had D twice .. I know that people who take the peppermint caps say when they go it's minty -- i've been taking them for like three months but that had never happened until today.. could that have anything to do with it? i think that i'm really dehydrated now too, so I'm trying to drink a lot of water but it just upsets my stomach . it's really hot and humid today too so maybe that's part of it? uhhggg. i just feel gross. the worst part is i'm supposed to hang out with a guy i have a big crush on tonight. which probably will not be happening now.

the only thing I can think of that would cause this is drinking a beer saturday night.. also I ate a sandwich with multigrain bread... ? usually i'm not this sensitive though.. I don't what's going on!

The heat and the humidity are triggers in their own right, so adding a beer or wholegrain bread on top of the weather was probably just too much for your system. Having said that, in really hot weather I get D whatever I eat.

I'd suggest Immodium and rehydration drinks.
