They don't seem to bother me much, but I assumed it was because they were listed under the "safe" foods on Heather's list - all the SF, I thought.

Today I ate pasta with cooked spinach, mushrooms & tomato sauce and my tummy looks like I ingested a basketball. It's so sad that I can't handle anything besides the simplest of foods. I'm going to take your advice and buy a juicer, Wind.

Congrats Elizabeth! YOU DID IT!!!!!

I find I have to eat a LOT of babyfood jars to break my IBS C into IBS NORMAL And juicing seems to make me even more C Anyone have any suggesions on why my bod reacts this way?
