It is supposed to eliminate the symptoms of IBS and allow you to eat whatever you want. In all fairness, I only gave it about 10 days because I got so crampy.I was continuing to use my daily dose of Citrucel too! The product doesn't come with manu instructions. You can purchase it over the counter in Ohio. You can research it on Google.com. I just wondered if any one else has tried it.
