I'm trying to stay away from anything that could cause Celiac reactions (wheat/gluten) and stay away from foods that will trigger any IBS problems at the same time. My doctor and specialist refuse to give me any testings, so I'm up crap creek right now. I don't want to sound blunt, but could someone just stick with a no-bones answer for me, on everything they can think of off the top of their head that will be acceptable for me to eat for a few weeks to see if my problems go away. (And I'm trying to stay away from dairy too, so thats dairy, celiac and ibs foods please).
Thanks for the help.

Do a search on the recipe board for GF or Gluten Free recipes. I know Kandee has posted a TON and they are all IBS-safe and GF. Good luck.

Quinoa and rice are totally safe SF bases...and don't forget the SF veggies as well! There's alot you can do with just that lot...but looking at the recipes should inspire you some more!

Thanks again! I'm sorry I wasn't more detailed in why I'm in this perdicament, but I wrote most of my reasons in another thread. My specialist refused to let me take a celiac test before diagnosing me with IBS, and I found that to be very odd. Right now I'm in a lot of pain everyday, and not knowing what it could be, I'd like to play it safe for a few weeks and eat something that my intestine can tolerate.
Thanks ^^
