I agree with STM - you do have a great attitude. I'd really like to hear how the hypnosis program works for you. Your having an attack when you go out but not when you stay in sounds very familiar to me. After a fair amount of time on Heather's diet I'm much better, but I still use meds to cope with it - Immodium for little trips, Donnatol for bigger ones. So I'll be very interested in how the hypnosis program works for you.

I mentioned that during this great doc visit my bladder started spazzing too. Well yesterday I had a rough UTI infection going on until 2 a.m. I drank gallons of water, AZO tablets and pain pills. Today it is much better but it got me to wondering if all the herbal teas (peppermint & fennel)I drink all day would contribute to a UTI attack. Does anyone else get bother by bladder problems?

As far as I know, they should actually help. Try cranberry juice (check it's the proper, pure stuff) as well.

Ach, poor you! I think the hypno program will help you - I get anxious cramping and it's helped me loads. I didn't find it to be an immediate effect, but you will notice a difference as time goes on.
