with a soluble fiber food, but not alone? For instance, you aren't suppose to eat and egg white omelette without some SF foods such as bread, or how about a SF veggie like mushrooms or cooked, peeled zucchini? (sorry to use the zucchini example again)  . But we can't just eat a plain egg white omelette alone?

I never eat ANYTHING w/out SF or I feel sick, but that might be just me. SF veggies that are totally safe (eg. cooked & peeled zucchini, but not cooked, unpeeled zucchini) I count as SF here.

I agree with what others have said here - I NEVER eat anything without SF. If I have an egg white omlette or a piece of chicken or fish, even without IF veggies or anything, I ALWAYS have it with some potatoes or an english muffin or something... ALWAYS with SF.
From how I interpret it, that's what Heather says too - SF before everything, IF or protein. HTH.
