When do you take your last SFS of the day?

Do you take it before dinner or just before bed? Does it matter?
I take mine before dinner.

I take 2 does - first thing when I get up in the morning and when I come home from work at night (which is midnight, so in other words, right before I go to bed.) Mornings are always worst for me so I find it works best if I orient my SFS dosages around that. HTH

i take 2: acacia and psyllium. i take the acacia mid-day in a smoothie or yogurt--sometimes tea if i forget and i take the psyllium @ night [i heard it causes bloat and didnt want that during the day, though i dont find much trouble at nighttime, i still prefer the night]

Hi all. I was wondering about the doses people take for constipation. I really haven't had much luck with any other SFS including acacia (darnit)but I am getting some results with psyllium. I have been messing with it for a couple of weeks now and was up to 1 tsp (5grms) 3 times a day but I still was constipated at the end (hard stool sorry TMI) It's working but with it not speeding upas yet I am a little bloated and somewhat gassy.Has anyone ever trie 2 tsp at once at night? I just don't want to be a mess the next day but I'm thinking maybe I need the added push. Thanks for any info, this is so hard working through the constipation,bloat gas part (very humbling)
