Are there any herbal teas that are definitely NO, NO's to drink? I know that anything containing cascara and those type of things are to be avoided.

"dieter's tea", as any kind of diuretic, laxative, or weight loss tea would all be things to avoid.
Small amounts of licorice may be just fine, as can small amounts of rhubarb - this can really depend on the person. It's the harsh herbal laxatives (cascara, senna, aloe) you really need to avoid.
Also, some herbal teas have caffeine - watch out for yerba mate. The labels will usually tell you if a tea has caffeine in it.
