Fibercon dosage

I am wondering about the use of Fibercon. Does anyone use this at different times throughout the day? Does anyone take Fibercon WITH meals or just before meals?

I use acacia, not Fibercon, but I do split my total amount into 3 doses and I do take them either with my meals or right after.

I take Fibercon when I am away from home. I take 2 caplets about 30 minutes before lunch at work. If I end up eating out unexpectedly or when I haven't eaten in awhile, I take 3 or 4 caplets.
At home, I take 1TB of Benefiber twice a day.

Hi,
I used Fibercon almost exclusively. I take 4 tablets in the morning before I eat anything and two before each meal. It seems to work pretty well for me. For times I feel rumbling in my belly, I take two Equalactin. For serious rumbles and feel unstable and I'm going somewhere, I take one immodium.
