I know! They see a skinny, hot, lady walking in the heat (so obviously either too poor to afford a car, or doesn't have access to a car) and needs to get herself some food. And they steal it. Grrrrrrr

These people probably steal from charities, food pantries for the poor, and donation bins too.

I tell you, next week I better win the lottery to make up for this helluvaweek.

Oh, sweetheart, you poor thing! I hope they choke on your bananas!

Is there a coworker you could ask to take you car shopping? Maybe you could get to know them better, too. I'm sorry that you don't have anyone immediately available - that must be very hard on you.

You are in my prayers, dear.

but when we have to go we have to go!!

That's interesting, because as a C, when I have to go (my first thought being "yay!!!"), I have to go immediately. Not a sense of urgency, just me being so excited and wanting to get it all out. Plus, I've heard that if you don't go when your body tells you to go, you lose usage of those muscles that are telling you you need to go now.

Beth,

I had a D attack about a month ago and I never get D. I
stay clear of immodium-the last time I remember taking anything like that I couldn't go for a month. Get some sports drink or pedialyte as suggested. you will feel better. Dehydration makes D and nausea worse, can even throw you into shock.

How ironic to be a C with D isn't it. We wish we could go for days at a time and then all of a sudden we're not wishing any longer.

Good luck and feel better!!

Hugs,

Mary

I'm back to no BMs again. I knew the D was a fluke. I'm back to my constipated self. Probably helped by removing my magnesium, triphala, and all IF yesterday.

Do you think one serving of White rice could cause me to have no BM today? I must be really sensitive to the white rice/binding factor. Too bad because I love it and I can't handle brown rice. Back to quinoa today I guess.
